Subject to availability, must be at least 1 hr+ massage to be added onto the service. Cupping is an ancient therapy that involves suctioning the skin using various types of cups. We use glass (flame), plastic (vacuum), or silicone cups, depending on your condition. The therapy aims to increase blood flow, soften scar tissue, and reduce muscle pain. After a cupping session, you may notice round red marks on your skin, which should fade within a week or two. You might also feel slightly tired, as if you’re fighting a minor illness. This is a normal side effect as your body works to eliminate toxins. We recommend drinking plenty of water to help flush out toxins, staying warm, and getting ample rest.
